We are proud to offer you our 2-family home with an interior adjoining access. Each Beach Home is a 2-bdrm, 1-bathroom configuration. You can vacation with family and friends at the same location and yet have your personal privacy. The perfect way to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the bayside and beautiful sunrises from the beach. BEST OF ALL INCLUDES 6 BEACH BADGES. Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term lease. We offer over 30 summer rentals in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park. We operate much like hotels in regards to providing additional services, such as towels, additional beach badges and car passes, cleaning services during your stay and so forth. As assurance for these services and for any rental agreement violation and/or damages WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. Please note we offer a quality rental, NO group parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount. No Group Parties allowed Pets are $30 per night The minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund
