Rent includes shared living room, dining, kitchen, balcony with view, and washer / dryer in-unit. Utilities and WiFi are also included in the rent (no cable). The condo is furnished with living room seating, TV console, floor lamps, dining table & chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a standard twin size bed frame (mattress may be available upon request). Student desk, desk chair, and floor lamp provided. Laguna Village condominium complex has pools and gym. Shared space in primary bedroom (half of master bedroom with ensuite bathroom).
