My partner has been relocated to Ohio for work, so we'll sadly be leaving Pittsburgh! We actually moved in here because it's close to multiple bus stops that take you right into Oakland. On JJlandapartments.com, you can find downloads for the application and pet agreement, as well as a sample lease. Landlord pays for trash, sewer, heat, water, and gas. The pet fee is $25 a month. The lease is up on 6-29-20. This is a reassignment, you will legally be the tenant until 6-29-20. You need to provide proof of income, and/or co-signers proof of income. There's an application, and the lease assignment request form will need both the assignor and assignee's signatures!
