I love dogs but it isn't a requirement for you to have one, just a plus! The front and back yards are fenced in so your pup has plenty of room to hang out.
I used to live here and frequently miss it: it really was the perfect size for me and my partner at the time. Great back deck for birdwatching. Great front porch for coffee in the morning. Hard to beat.
