Residential Lease Terms
This Lease Agreement is made between the Landlord and the Tenant for the rental of the residential property located at:
2235 S.E. 6th Court, Homestead, FL 33033
1. Lease Term:
The lease shall begin on [Start Date] and continue for a period of one (1) year, ending on [End Date].
2. Rent Payments:
Monthly rent shall be $3,000.00, due on the first (1st) day of each month. Rent payments shall be made to the Landlord via [Insert Payment Method or Details].
3. Notice to Vacate:
If the Tenant intends to vacate the property before the lease term ends, they must provide the Landlord with written notice at least sixty (60) days in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

If rent is not paid on time and the Tenant fails to communicate with the Landlord regarding the delay, the Landlord reserves the right to initiate eviction proceedings and terminate this lease agreement.
5. Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $1,500.00 is required at the start of the lease. This deposit will be returned in full at the end of the lease term, provided there is no damage to the property and all lease terms have been met.
