The story of Ellis harkens back to a simpler time - sweet tea, front porches, neighbors you know and love, kids playing in the yard with other neighbor kids... "ghost man on third!" A game of kickball that ends with dinner around the table with the whole family. Ellis was developed in an attempt to support the most important things about being a human: space, trees, green grass, summertime pools, and recreation that doesn't require a 45-minute commute.
