Feminine products, wipes, paper towels, Kleenex, and the like are to never be flushed down toilets. Only toilet paper is to be flushed in toilets. No cooking grease, fatty liquids, or food to be flushed down sinks, toilets, or shower drains. Tenant is to dispose of trash and recycling in appropriate bins each week by Monday evening.
