Owned by the same family for over 30 years! The cottage is small and could use some modernization but works just fine as is too. But the 78 feet of private waterfrontage is absolutely beautiful!! Large dock and the beach is all sand!! Over 5 feet of depth at the dock is wonderful for swimming!! Only 25 minutes from Portsmouth or Concord, so it's convenient to major highways for easy access!! Plenty of parking too. While the camp is only seasonal, the private well-maintained road is open all year round. Easy to view!!
