This is a one bedroom that is available for a lease takeover available now until February 2016. After this time the lease can be renewed with Park Newport Apartments. Water, trash and electricity are paid through the rent payment every month and are added to the base rent by Park Newport. I am looking to lease this apartment asap and am willing to be flexible on the move in date. The community has many amenities including; 8 tennis courts, an expansive gym, multiple pools, a volleyball and basketball court, playground and many others.
