Lessee(s) shall not maintain any unused vehicles, repair vehicles, or conduct any loud unruly actions (including pets in according to the City of Alexandria Ordinance) on-premises. 6. Abandonment without due notice or any violation of the agreement AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITS DEPOSIT and Lessee will be held liable for any additional months' rent as liquidated damages AND COURT COSTS, COLLECTION COSTS, AND ATTORNEY FEES, including 10% annum will be added from the due date. 7. Rent is due between the 1st or 3rd of each month, unless stated otherwise with a written/signed agreement you have worked out with the (Lessor). After the 3rd of the month, your rent will be considered late and there will be a $75 late fee added to your current monthly rent. Their will be an additional $25 a day fee until you become current on your rental payment. Apt B in Alexandria, LA 71301 B) The minimum amount of $25.00 and the maximum amount of $125.00 will be added to each tenant(s) monthly rent accordingly. This is to ensure the property is being properly maintained. If u see anything we will address all issues and it needs to be addressed in writing. If the pest issues are caused by your living condition, it will be your responsibility to pay for pest control, not the owners. I would need something in writing and once it is fixed you are obligated to sign the receipt, that it was fixed.
