Tenant is moving out end of August. I will need a month to do some repairs and renovations. So probably available end of Sep or Beginning of Oct. NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS YET NO TOURS UNTIL MID OR LATE SEPTEMBER. I'll need to redo flooring, paint, deep clean, and do some maintenance and upgrades. Just installed artificial turf and redid landscaping in the front. Will install turf in the backyard in the future. The rent is my best estimate right now. It may change slightly depending on how much renovation I can get done in a month. This was my first home, and we lived here for 10 years and my kids grew up in this house, playing in this very safe cul-de-sac, walking to the pool 2 blocks away. We love this neighborhood. I will add more photos after the renovation. Renter pays for all utilities. 1 year lease minimum.
