Kitchen includes all new appliances with electric oven/range, dishwasher, and cabinet-mounted microwave, and very ample storage space in pull-out pantry and cabinets. Mastercrafted & restored original wood throughout the house. Large fenced-in backyard (great for dogs!) includes built-in firepit and perennial herb garden. Programmable central heat/AC. An additional flat fee of $350 can cover utilities (electric, water, trash pickup, high-speed internet) and house is cable-ready with satilite dish (cable/statilite TV bill would be tenets responsibility). Yard upkeep (mowing/leaf removal/snow removal) can be arranged for an additional fee. Dogs allowed (with additional deposit) but not cats; no smoking. This is a house rental by owners while we are away for an extended stay - not a soulless rental company - and we are hoping to find tenets who will enjoy our wonderful home and treat it as their own. Rental is available from 10/1/2025 - 07/15/2026 (9 months - Zillow says 6 months which is incorrect). Lawncare (mowing, leaf removal, snow removal) can be arranged for an additional fee of $250 per month; if tenets choose to waive lawncare service, they are responsible for all lawncare and must agree in the lease to completing mowing/snow removal on a reasonable timeline. Failure to complete lawncare on this schedule will result in the lawncare fee being applied to that month's rent. Dogs are allowed on property with deposit and pent rent, with no limit to breeds and negotiable to number. Cats are NOT allowed and NO smoking.
