At the end of the block is a nice park (Wilson Ranch Park) with a city pool, playground, tennis courts, and a softball diamond. Fields with horses and cows grazing are just beyond the park. There are very expensive homes on a ridge nearby, so this is a very desirable area. Walgreens, Subway, Ent Credit Union, and other shops are all within walking distance and a Safeway is about 1 mile. Ute Valley park is also within walking distance - great for mountain biking and hiking. Lots of wildlife in the area - deer are commonly seen on the street and sometimes nap in the front yard! You can hear cows mooing in the distance while outside, but this is in the city! The apartment has been recently rehabbed including new tile floors, new carpet, new windows, and a new master bath!
