Deposit: One months rent = $2,950 Lease ended April 1, 2021 but have options to extend lease or sign for two years. Water included with rent. Tenants responsible for: cable/internet, electric, gas. (We pay around $115 for electric and gas monthly. We use Verizon Fios for internet.) 1 parking space included
