The unit, on the lower level of a three- bedroom house, has a private entrance to a combination kitchen-living room. A second entrance is to a common area used by both the house and the apartment. It has a dedicated laundry hookups for the unit. Entrance to the apartment is through one bedroom. The second bedroom has a sitting area. The bathroom has a shower-tub unit. The apartment is heated and cooled by a heat pump, supplemented as needed by oil-hot-water heat. The unit rents at $550/month plus a $150/month utility fee which includes all utilities except garbage. Pets are permitted with a $30 per month fee per pet. Pets must not present a danger to others.
