Proof of income, 2 month's bank statements. Lease agreement may be any length from monthly to a year but price of rental changes depending on length of lease. Deposit is 1/2mo rent based on lease length price and if you have pets. Renter is responsible for utilities, lawncare, and internet. If you prefer a shorter term lease that is acceptable but changes the rent amount. No smoking is allowed, if evidence of smoke by smell or sight on or in the property will result in a $1000 fine per month and every cigarette or cigar butt that is picked up is $50 per cigarette or cigar butt, you are responsible for your guests following these rules.
