This is a tiny house in a great neighborhood. In Seminole Heights, there are plentyof resteraunts within walking distance and a park is a close walk. It's perfect for one person, but not a lot of space, including no closet. The furniture has been removed from the unit, except for a small table and 2 small chairs, and a clothes hanger. A bed could be added to the unit upon request. Since this is the tiny house behind the house I live in, I will be selective with applicants. Tenant pays a $100 monthly utility payment for all utilities, including wifi, that is subject to reasonable use. Prospective tenants will need to pay a $35 application fee per person.
