The term of the agreement: The term of agreement shall commence at 9:00a.m. on. 01/05/2023 and ending on June 31, 2023 at 11:00 a. m. This agreement may not be cancelled once executed by Resident without the express consent of the Owner. Rent: Rent can be paid all at once along with security deposit which is one (1) month's rent for security deposit, $7,850 and 6 month rent for the period from January 01,2023 to June 30,2023 ,$47,100. Total of $54,950. The rent can be paid monthly at $7850.00 per month,payable in advance upon the 1st day of each calendar month, by 5:00. P. M. A Security Deposit of $7850.00 is due with first month's rent,to the account of the Owner of, Greenbush LLC. The rent is due no later than the 5th day of the month, weekends and holidays included. A late fee will be charged if payment is not received by the 5th day at 5:00 P.M. Resident agrees to pay $100.00 in the event the money is not received. Electronic payment is strongly suggested to avoid dishonored check. 3.Security Deposit: Resident agrees that a Security Deposit (1 month's rent) above shall be paid on or before signing this agreement. Any sums due or owing by Resident to Owner may be deducted from said deposit; deductions shall be used to pay non-rent items first. Hold -over: If Resident holds over and falls to vacate on or before the required move-out date ( end of current lease term), Resident shall be liable to pay rent.
