This cozy house was built in the 40s as a two-bedroom home, one of the first in the area. The other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, back living room, and deck were added on in the 60s, to the back. Carport roof and house interior paint are new as of 2010. Exterior paint is new as of 2013. The attic and walls are newly re-insulated, and energy-efficient fixtures and seals were installed. The huge back deck was newly rebuilt in 2014. The roof was new in 2014. RV parking is possible, in several spots. Neighborhood Description This is a lovely, garden-happy neighborhood, attracting many walkers and bicyclists. It's very quiet, mostly older folks but with a few young families moving in recently; it has several loops and cul-de-sacs, so we get very little traffic. It's only a 10-minute walk to Timberhill Athletic Club, 3 minutes to WinCo, and 15 minutes to the co-op. (The "Walkability Score" here is inaccurate /outdated, as they don't know about the bus.) You can catch the bus at the WinCo center every half-hour, next to the Starbucks. The neighbors here are kind and friendly, and I have always felt very safe, for myself and for my children.
