Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of the reservation without refund. Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and failure to respect these hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may incur additional fines. Check-out must be on time, with a $250 fee for late check-outs. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with a $500 remediation charge for evidence of smoking. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items, and any items left behind will be shipped at your expense. Guest verification requires signing a rental agreement, providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and submitting a selfie matching the ID.
