My Home is called Home Sweet Home because it has a cozy, family-friendly style about it. It is located in North Miami Beach, FL, which is about 3 miles from Aventura Mall, lots of restaurants, and the beach. I live in an upper-class neighborhood that is quiet and safe, and the large yard makes sitting outside enjoyable, if you like that. I have a large master bedroom that has an oversized king bed and a full bathroom, and that leads into a cozy additional room which can be used as another bedroom, for it has a single bed, and there and a kitchenette set up. There is a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, crock pot, burners, Blenders, and more. There is also a table for 2 and a sink. All utilities will be included, with Wi-Fi, Netflix, and dogs are allowed. The neighbors are wonderful and we all look out for eachother. I have been here 35 years, for it's my family home. Now that they are both gone, I have the place available. I charge $1,700 a month, and a $250 deposit is due when you move in. I just know you will love it here. Regards Sari
The owner is responsible for all utilities, Wi-fi, Netflix, TV, and internet. The tenant is responsible for anything they break or for repairs should they damage anything. There is no smoking inside the home, and the place must be kept clean with garbage going in bags and taken to the main garbage can in front of the house. The tenant must have respect for the privacy of the landlord and can call if there are any problems. The tenant may use the washer and dryer, but must allow the owner to show them how to use them. There is a large refrigerator in the garage that you will be able to use since the one in the place is small. You will be given your own key to your private place and the garage. Should the tenant violate any of the terms of the agreement, they will be given a warning, and if it continues or they don't honor the agreement, they will be evicted. Also, the owner is not responsible should the tenant fall or get hurt anywhere on the property. Laundry may be done 1x a week during the day or night, whichever is better for you. You may park on the right side of the driveway and please lock your doors to your car and home. Owner is not responsible for anything lost or stollen.
