There are two generous bedrooms, both of which have walk-in closets. One has sliding glass doors to the patio, and the other has a bathroom in it. There is a hallway bath right outside the bedroom with the sliding glass doors. The balcony faces the parking area and has a 3x7 storage closet. The living room has sliding glass doors to the patio as well. Rent includes water, trash, and sewer - the resident pays for gas, electric, and cable. DUBLIN schools! The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway- 4 units on the top floor and four units on the bottom floor.
