We have a private access trail for hiking, swimming, picnicking and volleyball to the 100+ acre Don Castro Regional Park in the backyard. Only one vehicle is allowed because of limited cul-de-sac parking. This is a wooden house located in a forest so smokers of anything will not be considered. 30 minutes per week is required to help with the upkeep. Minor, simple chores that everyone helps with like vacuuming, watering, leaf blowing, etc. Six-month minimum rental required, circumstances permitting, on a month-to-month lease agreement, no overnight guests, no smoking, furnished, "as-is", nothing burning of any kind is permitted including incense, drugs, street parking only. NO PETS of any kind.
