The neighbors are quiet, yet friendly. Most of us know each other on a first name basis. Some of us (men and women) will gather on a warm summer evening and have a drink or two in the neighbor's front yard and just catch up on things. Teens and kids frequent the area and love to ride bike or skateboard at the nearby park which has 2 large dog runs, playground and basketball court. Lots of trails and creeks to walk as well.
