Part of a cabin complex with the landlord in the main home on site. Family owned and operated for over 30 years. Cabin has its own parking space. Lawn care and snowplowing provided. Monthly rental. Renter is responsible for propane and electricity. Propane covers forced hot air heating and cook stove. Our current estimated monthly propane cost would be $70/month for 12 months. Electricity covers hot water and lighting. Our current estimation of electricity cost is $40/month. Internet is available from both Spectrum and Fidium. Internet installation is available from Fidium currently for free...monthly cost is up to the renter. Owner covers snowplowing in the winter. Renter does their own shoveling.
