There is a folding wall between the living room and one bedroom so that it can all be opened to one large living area or separated for sleeping. There is a sofa hide-a-bed and a love seat hide-a-bed plus a daybed and the full size bed in the primary bedroom. With the added sunroom this compact model seems very comfortably accommodating.Membership in Fall Creek Resort is optional aprox cost $800/yr.
