Lockbox is on the main entrance door to the building. It says codebox. When you have gained access to keys the fob will be access to the main building door. Walk in straight to the elevator and then turn right to go down the stairs to the First floor. Unit 102 will be just straight down the hall on the left side by the exit sign. Click "Schedule Showing" for a list of available tour times. Fill out the required information and ensure both number and email are entered correctly as a one-time code will be sent via text to the number provided for access to apartment. There will be a text sent requesting confirmation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. You MUST reply CONFIRM at least 1 hour before the tour time in order to receive the one-time access code. You must arrive at the scheduled tour time, as the one-time code is only active for 1 hour. There will be a lock box with a digital screen on the unit door. Enter your ONE-TIME PASSCODE + "ENTER" button. To know if your passcode was entered successfully, the digital screen will say "PRESS LOGO BELOW DISPLAY TO OPEN". Press down on the logo below the screen that says, "CODEBOX" to release the lock and the lock box should open with keys inside. After you have completed your tour, please ensure to turn off all lights, relock the door and put keys back inside the lock box.
