We do have an income requirement that applicant(s) must gross at least THREE times the monthly rent per month -- either solely or combined. Once we verify the income, we will have you apply online. There is a $64 nonrefundable application fee per applicant which includes a background check, credit report and rental history/eviction search. We do not accept any evictions or bankruptcies for leaseholders or occupants in the last five years that would be an automatic denial. Also, we do not accept credit that is lower than a score of 550.
