Hi, I'm looking to sublease my spacious garden level apartment at Knob Hill Apartments. Expected move in date would be March (sooner if needed). The sublease term would end on July 31st, 2025. If you need/want to stay longer you can create a lease with Knob Hill. The Knob Hill property also has a pool, volley ball area, play area, fitness center, and is right next to a trail that leads to Hartrick Park. I am also willing to part with some of the furniture pictured. Property also has plenty of parking. You would have to complete a waitlist application with Knob Hill Apartments Leasing to be fully approved. Renter is responsible for utilities The Lease will end on July 31st, 2025 The sublease is from March 1st-July 31st.
