The cottage is a single family house located on 4th Avenue in Normandy Beach. Normandy Beach is a family beach community and is 5 miles south of Point Pleasant Beach/Bay Head. The cottage is on the bayside of the island (1/2 block to bay beach, park and cub house and 2 blocks to the beach). The cottage's living area is on the second and third floors. There is, however, a guest suite on the ground floor that is not connected by an internal staircase and has a separate entrance. The Main Living Quarters (second and third floors): There is a small, open style kitchen with SS appliances including a dishwasher. There are two small bedrooms on the second floor with one queen bed in each. There is an open loft area on the third floor with 3 twin beds. There are skylights in the loft area and bathroom. The cottage has hard wood floors and the bead board on the walls. There is also large capacity, front loader washer and dryer. The cottage has a large wrap around composite deck with deck furniture and a SS gas grill The cottage has a high efficient heating (gas- forced hot air) and CA/C system. Guest Suite (Ground Floor) The guest suite has a kitchen area (no stove), full bathroom (including bathtub), washer/dryer and living and sleeping quarters. There is also a private deck area with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. There is off-street parking for up to 5 cars. Toms River Rental Registration Number: RR-18-158 This is a short term seasonal rental and should not be the applicant's primary residence. As such, we have a seasonal CO from the Township of Toms River. We require good credit and run credit reports and pass the $35 cost to the applicant. We require proof of income/savings. We require tenants to sign written leases. We would consider certain pets at an extra fee and only to applicants with with very good credit. The tenant is required to pay all utilities unless we rent for a week.
