The community has a gorgeous pool and the grounds are impeccably maintained. It is a two master split so each bedroom has it's own bathroom attached. Very spacious rooms with two closets in each room. There is also a loft that could be turned into a third bedroom or just another living/office space. The living space, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room, and loft are all on the top floor and the bedrooms are downstairs. The front room has a porch off of the bedroom. It is in a gated community with a community pool and a boardwalk to the beach! There are also boat slips available for rent as well. It is an amazing place and has water views from all the windows!!
