Hello and thanks for viewing my lovely home. I treat my house with love and I hope you will too . There are new vinyl plank floors in all the rooms and all the rooms have fresh (or in good condition) paint. My home is energy efficient and the appliances are in good shape too. We are near bus route 8 and it's a very quiet neighborhood with some trees and lots of birds . There are three rooms available for rent, including the master bedroom. So you would have one roommate who would be living in the fourth bedroom. I have included the pictures of the three available bedrooms. My entire home is furnished and rent includes all utilities, trash connection, lawn maintenance, and internet. No smoking or pets please. Thanks!
