It is a beautiful house (with a view!) 5 minutes from downtown Montpelier. Ideally we rent it furnished or partially furnished, but can be flexible on this depending on someone's needs. We have recently bought the house and are making some preliminary changes (paint and new flooring), which will be complete by November, so I've included photos of finished spaces, more photos to come (or upon request!) There is an attached two car garage and ample additional parking available on the driveway. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom that can fit a twin bed or be used as an office; a light-filled living room, full bathroom, and a large kitchen/dining area. Downstairs, there is a 3/4 bath, a bedroom, and some unfurnished additional space. As the house is positioned on a hill, both levels open up to the outdoors and have windows. Thinking this is an ideal spot for someone who is here temporarily for work (traveling nurse or working at the capitol), or for anyone who would like to be a bit closer to the VT skiingj for the winter without being your typical slope-side weekend warrior.
