No metal recyling or vehicle storage on property. Landlord lives locally. Grocery store, convenience stores and elementary school within 1/2 mile distance. Available immediately. Lease term is for one year with rent being due on the first of each month. If rent is late, a $5 per day after the first of the month is due. Only one month of being late is allowed. Pets are allowed with an additional $500 per pet Security Deposit to be paid before move-in. If damages to the property exceed the $1425 Security Deposit, then funds from the Pet Security Deposit can be applied to cover all repairs. If all excrement is removed from property and no damage from the pet/s has occurred, Pet Security Deposit will be returned. NO SMOKING indoors of any kind. Off street parking is available.
