While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]) with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there's plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You'll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn't necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
