There is a large private patio where the tenant can enjoy the outdoors. All utilities are included. as is off-street parking. There is a "pet rental" charge of $500, non-refundable. Rental insurance is necessary. Non smoking of any substance. No drinkers. One tenant only for duration of stay. There are posted "house rules" that define all details. Tenant rental areas do not include front, back or sides of house. At present there is a shared laundry. A tenant only laundry will be created in the near future.
