The apartment complex is horseshoe-shaped, surrounding a central courtyard with pool, jacuzzi, and shared BBQ. Directly below this unit is the shared wahers/dryers - 4 of each (I've never had a problem with laundry here!). There is also a locked bike storage room next to the courtyard. The apartment's living room has vaulted ceiling, plenty of light. A light brown hard-wood laminate floor covers most of the unit. The dining room area has a ceiling fan. There is central heat and air - The apartment cools easily in the warmer months!There are two huge bedrooms - both are masters. One has the sink and mirror just outside the bathroom. The other bedroom has an outer door which closes it off from the rest of the unit, and has its own private bathroom in that wing. Both are carpeted. The unit has a patio that overlooks the courtyard. There are two tandem parking spaces in the garage. The unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is both an elevator and stairs to access it from either the garage or ground floor. There is a garbage chute next to the elevator on this floor, and recycling bins in the garage. The complex is located in Woodland Hills, with easy access to the 101 freeway. It's also walking distance from wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping. If you are interested in this place, know that you can either stay for only the duration of my current lease - until August 2015 - or sign your own 1-year lease. I need to move out due to personal/professional reasons - I would love to stay in this great apartment if I could! The apartment is available as of December 20, but earlier if need be as well.
