Private room with large window and a private bath, the room is in the ground floor. There is a living room next to this, which nobody uses as of now. We can negotiate if you want to use this space. All the other three bedrooms are in the second floor. The kitchen is upstairs which needs to be shared with three other roommates. The home owner pays for the HOA. There is cleaning service done every month, the cost of which is split one fourth between all roommates. This room comes with garage parking. Lease is negotiable. No smoking allowed inside the house, you should be able to pass the credit check if initiated by the owner during the leasing process. Lease is either month to month or six months or one year. Flexible on the lease terms. If needed month to month, we can negotiate. Cleaning charges are 100 $ total every time the cleaner is called. It's split between the four roommates.
