The west Passage of Narragansett bay is a short stroll away, as is Sunset Beach with its panoramic view of the Jamestown Bridge to the south and the smaller islands of Narragansett Bay to the north. Built in 2008, the house features granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan. Hardwoods and CENTRAL AIR throughout the house. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. On the second floor, there is a spacious master suite with a king size bed and en suite bathroom and balcony with water views. Owner pays for water and sewer, trash removal, recycling, and lawncare. Tenant pays all utilities, snow removal and internet. The house does not allow any pets. There is parking for two cars and no smoking is allowed on the property.
