A variance for frontage was granted to this lot in 1987 which allowed the owner at the time to go to the Planning Board and have it approved as an ANR lot. This was conditioned that only a single-family home could be built on it. At the time there was a moratorium on building multi-family dwellings. That never happened and the lot appears to have been foreclosed on in 1991, and nothing has really happened since. It may be possible to draw up a new subdivision plan using a new street as frontage, which then could be taken to the Planning Board for subdivision approval.
