Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per month for up to two small to medium-sized pets, with some breed restrictions. For stays less than 45 days, a one-time fee applies. Pet fees are charged separately after booking, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. An additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age. Guests must check-in online using the Virtual Front Desk at least three days prior to arrival or at the time of booking if less than 48 hours from arrival. Arrival instructions and property access are provided after completing the Check-In and Lodging Agreement and verifying information. The minimum age to book is 21, and age verification is required after booking. Identity verification, including a valid credit card, government-issued photo ID, and a live selfie, is necessary. The property reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests and may terminate a reservation for any reason.
