The exterior walls of house are stucco and interior walls are textured sheetrock. Walls are ICF, Insulated Concrete form Construction. That is to me styrofoam blocks fit together and the center core pored solid with concrete and reinforced with 60 grade rebar. Rebar was placed every 16" horizontally and every 12" vertically. The wall thickness is 10 1/4 inches. The ICF home provides to be decibles from soundproof, fire proof, and as a 38-58% savings on utilities for heating and cooling. Our electric bills run $75/month and we use minimal propane for water heater and range. We drink wonderful water from our own well and share water with 2 other homnes near us. All interior walls of bedrooms and bathrooms are 2x6 construction and insulated. The gable ends )above the ICF) are 2x8 construction. This area is insulated with R-19 plus 2" of tech foam-foil face and foil back R-10 so that equals a R-29 insulation value. Ceilings have R-38 insulation with 3/4 " roof decking and 30 yr warr
