Only persons named on the lease are permitted to reside in the apartment.
Tenant(s) agree to only use the ground floor entry door under the deck.
Tenant(s) must submit proof of income when applying.
Gross income will be verified as follows...
-Recent payroll stubs for employees.
-Bank statements showing last 3 months of deposits & most recent 1099/tax return for self employed/independent contractors.
Tenant shall not sublet the residence or assign the lease without the landlord's written consent.
Lease termination requires 30 days written notice by both landlord & tenant.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the residence.
Tenant is responsible for TV & Internet connection & associated costs.
Tenant is responsible for cleaning the loft stairs & downstairs bathroom on a regular basis.
