Backyard access to pool and yard (if available). Rent is due on the 1st of every month a late fee is assessed after the 2nd of the month. Please respect non-common areas such as living and dining areas and rooms that are not yours. Any room with a lock on it. No smoking inside the house under any circumstances. You are expected to keep your room and bathroom clean and sanitary. Any common area used is required to be cleaned up behind yourself and company. No one that is not on the lease is permitted to stay in the property without prior consent and never more than 72 hours. Lease initial commitment is 6 month term and then goes to a month to month lease term. Termination from Tenant must be 30 days and from Landlord unless a violation of the lease. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of area and used area and any repairs required from such use. These regulations and those additional(if any) listed in the lease will be strictly enforced.
