Free parking is available for a maximum of 1 car. Additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. Upgraded internet is available, perfect for working from the beach! (200 Mbps / 20 Mbps per unit). Metered street parking is located next to the building. A short walk will take you to the famous boardwalk on the ocean, Starbucks, McDonald's, River City Restaurant, and Broadway at the Beach. Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center are also a short walk or ride away. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Pool hours are 10:00 AM 9:00 PM. The city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
