Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily maid service unless requested and paid off in advance. A cleaned room is provided upon arrival. Fresh linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the unit. MAINTENANCE Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES Guest(s) and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. No loud music or parties are allowed. Other things to note 30 days minimum rental. All contracts needs to be signed due to regulations.
