Front yard on corner lot, big red brick house being slowly restored by live-in architect. Carport available in back (but not for additional car parking). Looking for temporary roommate(s) for a 6-month lease, then month-to-month in 2026 may be possible. All utilities included in rent, as is high-speed internet and basic Amazon/Netflix streaming on living room 60" TV. Basement access forbidden except for laundry room use on weekends. Help with keeping the kitchen clean is all that is expected, all else covered by monthly housecleaning fee in base rent. Main floor bedroom shown with a pre-assembled bunk bed frame with full-size mattress and sheets included (optional). If top bunk is requested for a child, we can discuss options. Two 12 sf closets with hangers included. Caged pets okay as long as they live in the bedroom. We do have two caged parakeets in the main living area by the window.
