The condo is vacant and currently available. This unit comes with a covered carport spot for your vehicle and a spacious lockable closet space for items like a bike or skis. There is laundry room available to all tenants located within the building. Rent is $1,575/month and includes water and trash. Power (Excel Energy)/Internet/Phone are the responsibility of the tenant. I require good established credit and will run background checks. I also require you to carry renters insurance.
