It's ideal for morning coffee, journaling, or relaxing in the afternoon with a good book or glass of wine. The living room is open and airy, with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and plenty of space to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including coffee tools if you're into serious brewing like we are. There's a proper dining room for meals, meetings, or working from home. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer, so longer stays feel seamless. We offer fast, reliable WiFi throughout the home. Whether you're working remotely or just streaming your favorite shows, you'll be covered. The house is located just minutes from Lake Como and is nestled between some of Orlando's most vibrant neighborhoods: the Milk District, Hourglass District, and Thornton Park. You'll be surrounded by local cafes, restaurants, parks, and walkable streets. The area feels residential and calm with friendly neighbors, yet you're only 10 minutes from downtown Orlando and around 20 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and the airport. This is home if available for 3-6 months at a time. If you're relocating, traveling for work, or just want to spend time in a real home while in Orlando, we hope this space can be that for you.
