House has plenty of storage, two car garage, washer/dryer, AC, all the amenities. The house is located in North Redondo, about 2 miles from the Hermosa Beach Pier. We are two guys, early 30's, working professionals so usually keep it simple during the week and hangout on the weekends. Looking for someone of similar age with the same type of lifestyle.
